I only recently just by pure happenstance stumbled into Vancouver, BC's The Zolas and I was incredibly fortunate to do so. I honestly have not heard yet a song that wasn't great, and you need to hear them. Fortunately, NPR got the exclusive first watch rights to their video for "Escape Artist," a song that covers sexuality and cultural stereotyping with a bouncing piano melody. It's off of their latest album, Ancient Mars, which I would highly encourage you to purchase. I'm really excited for them to come down to Seattle. Watch the video for "Escape Artist" below.
